In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "ph869" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at ph869.net, including all games, services, tools, and promotional content offered therein.
• "Platform" means the ph869 website, mobile-optimised web application, and any associated software used to deliver the ph869 service.
• "Player" or "You" means any natural person who has registered a ph869 account and uses the Platform to participate in real-money or free-play gaming activities.
• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the ph869 registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited Philippine Peso funds held in a Player's ph869 account and available for wagering.

By accessing ph869.net, creating a ph869 account, or using any ph869 service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and ph869.

To register and maintain a ph869 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons may not register a player account.
• You are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the Platform.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable local law.
• You do not already hold an existing active or suspended ph869 account. ph869 enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of ph869 or any of its affiliated technology or game providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently barred from ph869 or any platform operated under the same regulatory framework.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

ph869 reserves the right to request supporting identity documents — including a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS card) — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by ph869 support may result in account suspension and withdrawal restriction until verification is completed.

Your ph869 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, except where such activity results directly from a security failure on ph869's part.

• Password security: You must select a strong, unique password for your ph869 account and must not disclose it to any third party. ph869 support staff will never request your password via any communication channel.
• OTP and two-factor authentication: Where ph869 offers or requires OTP-based login verification, you must keep your registered mobile number secure. Never share an OTP with any person claiming to represent ph869.
• Unauthorised access: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ph869 immediately at [email protected] so that your account can be secured.
• Account sharing: You may not allow any other person to access or use your ph869 account. Each player must operate their own independently registered account.
• Account inactivity: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. ph869 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations, following prior written notice to the account holder's registered email address.

All financial transactions on ph869 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph869 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. ph869 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the ph869 cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• ph869 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Real Money Balance and are available for wagering once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. ph869 may withhold processing of withdrawal requests until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same verified payment method used to make the original deposit, where technically possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified within the cashier at the time of request.
• ph869 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the receiving payment provider.
• ph869 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds. This may extend processing time; affected players will be notified.

ph869 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are listed per promotion.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus balances not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically without prior notice.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction using bonus funds is ₱500 unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated, only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while a bonus is active may forfeit the current bonus.
• Abuse and collusion: ph869 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and suspend accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion.

All games offered on the ph869 Platform — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, sabong, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface or associated help documentation. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

• ph869 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for digital games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are subject to independent testing in accordance with applicable standards.
• Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time. Results are determined by the physical outcome of the game event (card draw, roulette spin, dice roll, etc.) and are final.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the applicable governing body (e.g., PBA for Philippine basketball, UFC for mixed martial arts).
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, system error, or software failure — ph869 will investigate the affected round. Where the outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• ph869 reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or void any bet or game round where there is evidence of manipulation, fraud, or exploitation of a software error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph869 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in place of a human player.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with Platform staff to influence game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use the ph869 Platform for any financial transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the account lifecycle, including registration, KYC, or support interactions.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using the Platform while located outside the Philippines where doing so would violate applicable local law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ph869 staff or other players through any communication channel.

ph869 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The ph869 Responsible Gaming framework includes the following player-controlled features, accessible from within the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ph869 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when a gaming session exceeds a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from ph869. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to re-register. Temporary exclusions are available for periods of 30, 90, or 180 days. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications during gaming sessions that display your net session result and elapsed time.

ph869 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and will not knowingly permit access to real-money gaming by any person under 21 years of age. Where ph869 has reasonable grounds to suspect a player is under age, the account will be suspended pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

All content on the ph869 Platform — including but not limited to the ph869 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, promotional materials, software, and underlying source code — is the intellectual property of ph869 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph869 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any ph869 content without prior written authorisation from ph869.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including but not limited to PG Soft and JILI Games) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used by ph869 under licence. Any unauthorised use of such content is a violation of both these Terms and the applicable studio's intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph869 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

ph869's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player into their ph869 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• ph869 does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components at all times.
• ph869 is not responsible for any loss resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• ph869 is not liable for delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• ph869 is not liable for any loss arising from a player's reliance on information provided on the Platform that does not constitute professional financial or legal advice.

Nothing in this section limits ph869's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

ph869 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• A regulatory direction or court order requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, ph869 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus amounts) will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method following the resolution of any outstanding investigation.

Players may close their ph869 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and any active self-exclusion period acknowledged.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any ph869 service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to first contact ph869 support at [email protected] to seek resolution. ph869 commits to investigating all player complaints in good faith and responding within a reasonable timeframe. For unresolved complaints, players may seek escalation through PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures where applicable.

ph869 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph869 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where appropriate, sending a notification to the player's registered email address.

The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the ph869 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
